A simple edit/mod to make the General hat a useful addition to your everyday carry arsenal.

You found some bulletproof kevlar while scavenging the wastes and decided to fit your favorite hat with the bulletproof material.
FYI: This mod doesn't change the color or appearance of the hat just damage resistance.
If you are like me and only like to wear the minutemen general hat and uniform and don't ever wear any power armor when you are scavenging the wastes then this simple edit/mod is for you. This is my first edit/mod for a video game i have ever uploaded in my entire life so i still am a big time rookie so please give me tips and helpful advice i am still learning the ropes and decided some people might like this edit/mod so that is the only reason why i am uploading this and maybe some helpful tips for future mods.
the Kevlar lining changed the DR from 0 to 20 so it isn't overpowered or anything and it is lore friendly.
