Simply adds a recipe that allows you to convert Fusion Cells to Alien Blaster Rounds, as long as you have Science 4.

Tired of running out of Alien ammo? RNG doesn't want to play nice and let you have more? Don't want to load other mods that add more convoluted methods to get it?
This simply adds one recipe to that much-overused (by modders) Utility category of the Chemistry workbench to convert 20 Fusion Cells into 1 Alien Blaster Round, as long as you have Science 4.
Why any of those things?
Science 4 because that's what you need to convert the blaster to fusion mags. So it made sense.
20:1 is simply because as near as I can tell, that's the difference (with a little rounding) between the mag size for each in the Blaster. Is it a very good reason? Hell if I know.
Due to feedback, an alternate version is available that is a 1:1 conversion rate instead. Don't use it at the same time as the regular file.
