By default I have it set to 1000, but you can edit this to whatever value you would like!
To edit your carry weight value, simply open the ESL in FO4Edit, open the "Game Setting" tab and you will be able to edit "fAVDCarryWeightBase". The "Float" value will be your carry weight. edit this value to whatever you like to increase or decrease your carry weight.
