I m not a big fan of everybody uploading their char saves. However, I m doing so now myself,
which is because of multiple requests. And ofc, just like in game, I cannot say
no.

There are two saves in the download. One at lvl 2 in Sanctuary, and one at lvl 23 on
entering Diamond City for the first time. I m not sure, but the lvl 23 char
might be just slightly different from the lvl 2 char.
You can adjust the char looks (would not know why though) by typing “slm
player” in the console (without the quotes). Once in the char editor mode, go
to ‘body’ and back, and then to ‘face’ to get the camera view right for face
editing. Once you re done and out of char editing mode, draw your gun or
something, to get control back over your char.

I did use some more mods, but those are not related to the looks of the char. So you may
get a message about missing mods on loading one of these saves, but that can be
ignored as far as I know.
