Heavily inspired by the mod Better Third Rail by Mika999, this take on a Third Rail overhaul adds more NPCs for a more immersive atmosphere, and adds tables and decor, all without breaking precombines! There is also a functioning vending machine and a secret stash in the VIP lounge, but finding out how to open it is up to you ;)
Update 1.1 Just realized I didn't pack in the vending machine, whoops! Enjoy your ice cold nukes :)
