I found it odd that the 'Militia Hat' and the 'Minuteman General's Hat' both gave +1 Charisma bonuses, yet the 'Minuteman Hat' (The one Preston wears by default) did not. This mod fixes that by giving the 'Minuteman Hat' +1 Charisma to be in line with the other Minutemen hats.

Simple fix created (and cleaned/checked for errors/ITMs) in FO4Edit.
