You need F4SE for most mods to function. If you don't know how to install it, watch YouTube tutorials.
The game's facial editing is very limited, so to get the best out of this mod you should also install LooksMenu and Extended Facial Sculpting for maximum freedom.
I also installed using Vortex/Nexus and I do have F4SE installed but it doesn't seem to be working :( I was also using Ace Male Textures and the Handsome Danse mod, which originally had no eyebrows, but that fixed once I disabled Ace Male Textures. But this one is not showing at all unfortunately. Could it be load order?
Hey, quick question. Is there a way two mod authors that do the similar things "shake hands" and combine Refined Male Head Mesh with Hipoly Faces Redux and maybe come out with the best combo possible? Hipoly would do the female faces and you would do the male faces and come up with the best plan/package? My problem is that I hate to have to choose between the two. Not sure if you are still active on the modding scene.
Unfortunately for now I can't make any patches bc I'm waiting for a new PC build and I don't have the game as of now. The simplest way to make these two mods compatible is by replacing the male meshes in Hipoly faces mod with these ones here.
no rush. maybe the new pc when it arrives you might get to this idea. I'm just going to track for updates on this mod even if I didn't download & see where it goes.

Hello, I'm new to modding, and I have unique player, EVB installed as well as this and male ace textures, but none seem to be showing up, I'm using MO2 and every other mod is showing up fine, except for your mods, those textures and face mesh are amazing, could you possibly tell me what am I doing wrong? I'm already at my fourth clean install lmao.

Is it possible to port this mod to console? I lack a computer that can properly run fallout and I would love to use this wonderful work of yours, i know that if possible it would be a hard job, so pardon me for making such a difficult request out of nowhere. Skyrim modder here, transitiong to fall out 4, just wanted to thank you for evening the playing field, bulk of the mods i've seen here are largely female oriented, glad to know i'll be able to make a dope looking male.
