yes, after so many playtroughs i just want to relax and enjoy the gunplay, not worry about carry weight and charisma checks so often, as a bonus no falling damage.
there is one free, but its hidden in a sanctuary location behind some ammo ;) ... and you can craft it in the chemistry station under utility too.
