I found a compatibility issue with SMOIMS, but I couldn't think of a good solution and I didn't know how to create an update file, so I decided to distribute a file that directly overwrote SMOIMS. (Thanks to the great mods and authors)

Update contents
Created a MOD that reflects the changes in HOME SAFE in SMOMIS.
Deleted the 38 caliber combat rifle because there was a problem with the game balance.
Currently, the weapons available from SAFE are Souvenir (deliverer without suppressor) and combat knife.
Added weapons
Souvenir(Deliverer without suppressor)
The player (or the player's husband) was a soldier who was called a hero.
Of course he will also have experience.
This gun is a souvenir of that time and is a rare gun that is smaller than a typical 10mm pistol.
38 caliber combat rifle & Combat knife
Military equipment obtained by a civilian employee (or player's husband). The rifle has been replaced with a standard 38 caliber.
As a matter of fact, the Deliverer implemented it because he wanted the opportunity to get it without any involvement in the railroad.
Also, for the combat rifle, a pipe rifle is desirable for game balance, but ... It is strange that the pipe rifle is included in Safe, which has existed before the nuclear war, so I had no choice but to make it a combat rifle.

The reason is that the sanctuary is too perfect as an early base.
