I made this mod for myself and thought maybe someone else wants to use it too.

Version 2.0:

Added optional Far Harbor and different scrap recipes. You can choose between default, less resources and no resources. Does not affect vanilla scrap, only scrap added with this mod.

Added Vault 88.

Added overpass in Gray Garden.

Added adjusted recipes for wood, gives much less wood now.

Adjusted many borders.

Adjusted many recipes to give less resources.

Added the big tree cluster mounds in Coastal Cottage, Tenpines and Tafftington.

Added flora to scrap list.

Bushes gives max 2 fertilizer despite size.

No enemy spawns inside build borders.


Buildareas are expanded or adjusted. In some settlements the build heights are increased also. See images for comparison between new borders and vanilla borders.

Scrapping extended. More than 4000 additional objects to scrap. Everything was hand picked. This mod was made with Creation Kit.

Floors, roofs and grounds are fixed so objects can be placed.

Snap points put in some places so floors can be "repaired".

Tip: Loot alreday dead bodies before scrapping because they will disappear when scrapping something nearby.

When scrapping something that has an effect, ex lights, steam etc , that effect is also removed.


Note: I have not yet played with a settlement in Bunker Hill yet so please tell me if I have made mistakes there. Maybe buildareas affects something that I don´t know about.

Commonwealth requires Fallout 4 DLC Vault-Tec and DLC Automatron.

Far Harbor requires DLC Far Harbor and DLC Automatron.

Abernathy Farm

Extra items scrappable: ~100

Ex: Parts of the interior of the building are scrappable.


Boston Airport

Extra items scrappable: ~190

Ex: Part of the second floor is buildable. Floor at second floor is fixed so items can be placed.


Bunker Hill

Extra items scrappable: ~290


Coastal Cottage

Ex: The ruined building is scrappable.


County Crossing

Ex: Boat in water is scrappable. The second floor in building fixed so items can be placed. Floor in the large building has snap points.


Finch Farm

Ex: The big scrappile is scrappable.


Gray Garden

Ex: Industrial equipment, train tracks and tree mound are scrappable.


Greentop Nursery

Murkwater Construction
