A simple black widow/ladykiller replacement for bisexual sole survivors.
Level 1 widow/ladykiller remains unchanged. At level 2, the perk is upgraded to Bi-Furious, now effecting male and female NPCs. In an attempt to maintain balance, the damage bonus has been reduced.
Vanilla: 5%/10%/15%
Bi-Furious: 5%/5%/10%
No other edits made and Internal IDs are unchanged, so it should be perfectly compatable with anything that doesn't edit these two perks.
