Распакуйте архив в основную папку Fallout 4

Before installation, in case the menu is rolled back to its original state,
save or rename the file - "MainMenuLoop.bk2" (Fallout 4\Data\Video)
Unpack the archive to the main Fallout 4 folder or use the mod manager option.
