This will change the default cap of 90% to 100% when pickpocketing.

This changes the default cap of 90% to 100% when pickpocketing. Before you ask, no, this does not mean that pickpocketing is always a 100% chance. This ONLY removes the maximum chance. This way if you are sufficiently skilled, the chance can surpass 90%, but if you are not then it will not.
Let's be honest, no one is gonna accept a pickpocketing fail and accept the consequences of being caught. You will quickload. This just saves time for those of you that have invested the perks necessary to be good enough to achieve such a high percentage chance.
This mod was made with FO4Edit.
If anyone for whatever reason would like a cap other than 100%, let me know.

3/28/16: I just checked in on my mods today. I don't really play Fallout anymore, but I still enjoy watching as the modding community progresses. I am, however, shocked that no one else has made a mod that does this and nor is my mod popular. I'd figured one of the two would have happened. I guess the system is fine for most.
12/31/15: I have not recently received any requests to my knowledge for other versions, nor have I heard of any issues. Therefore, I will probably not be adding more versions to this mod, but still feel free to ask in the comments. I will check up occasionally for requests, but it may take a week or two before I notice.
6/7/16: I was just checking up on my content seeing as a lot has changed and it has been awhile. Surprisingly, I see no other pickpocket mods yet. I guess I hit the nail on the head. If anyone wants a different config of this or any other mod, leave a comment or PM me. I'll be a bit more active for the next couple of days.
