This is now a standalone retex of the battered fedora - got tired of NPCs walking around in my fancy hat...
New color choices - Darker (black) with red or blue strip or grey with red or blue strip
Just choose from the color folder which one you want
You can now get it by crafting it at the chem station under the HATS tab

worked on the shading, added some line work and a small emblem/clip on the band. the spec map has also be redone to remove all the grime that was on it.
