Description
This mod makes Fred Allen, the chem dealer in the Hotel Rexford, look relatively younger. No dependencies. ESP flagged ESL.
Most notably he'll now have blonde hair instead of white. I've also removed some wrinkles and redness from his face. Nothing drastic. I've made him younger since Marowsky refers to him as "boy," so he's likely intended to be younger than him.
This purely cosmetic inconsistency, for whatever reason, annoyed the shit out of me.
Install & Uninstall
To install, use a mod manager or extract the archive into the data folder.
To uninstall, deactivate in your mod manager or delete the mod's plugin from your data folder.
