Requires: Far Harbor and Nuka World DLC

This mod extends perks past level 50, all the way up to level 100, adding ranks. For example, Gunslinger, Commando and Iron Fist all have 10 ranks instead of 5, and you typically get a special ability upon filling all ranks.

On balance: I've tested this at high levels, and it isn't completely unbalanced. I found it to be fairly reasonable all things considered at level 100. Although I've never played it with power armor.

Notes on the perks:

I probably won't extend the luck tree ever, as it's already heckin overpowered.

I did remove one "feature" from the perks. I got rid of the sweep and grand slam effects from Big Leagues because it was more harmful than helpful. I always hated it because it made melee impossible to use safely when you had allies around. Instead you get some nasty crippling, staggering, and even bleeding effects depending on how far up you go. It sounds formidable, but it balances okay against the bullet sponges at later levels, like the other ranks.

Ghoulish might be considered OP now, because it can render all ferals docile, but after playing with the ghoul mask in fallout 3 several times I never found it game breaking, even though it meant passing through whole areas of ghouls without firing a shot.

Lifegiver is now useful at the higher ranks, especially at the highest one where you heal up fairly quickly outside of combat. No more needing 50 stimpacks all the time because you only need them in battle now.

I've made Ninja more varied. Now you can reflect damage and avoid falling damage at the highest rank

Moving target contains several ranks that up your overall movement ability (not just sprint). It's pretty a powerful buff, as much as doubling your movement speed and jump height but at that level you've already hit much of the map, so this is more just so you can travel a lot faster, although the jump is useful to get to some hard to reach spaces, or to take shortcuts.

There's more.

This is not the full version.

I intend to extend the Intelligence tree (Gun Nut and Science!) and also Armorer from the Strength tree. That's the thing that's complicated, because it involves a lot of additional content in order to make Science! 5 and 6 work, and Gun Nut 5 work and I still have things to learn. Eventually you will able to put ballistic weave on things, craft legendaries, rechamber weapons and more, with the appropriate perks. That's why this build is preliminary. You can always add legendary crafting from another mod for now.
