Changes the magazine capacities of the Combat Shotgun to 5, 8, and 12.

Standard is now - 5
Medium is now - 8
Drum is now - 12
Much more realistic as shotgun shells are big.
... and 32 shells in that drum mag is ridiculous, if only for spatial reasoning purposes.
Let me know if there's a bug with the Combat Rifle, had a weird one where the combat rifle mags were acting as though they had the combat shotguns ammo capacity. When I tested it again it worked fine, as intended. It was very odd as this mod does not touch any of the Combat Rifle records.
