Only the base SS2 is required to use the plan, though having all the plot add-on packs will ensure that you get all the selected building plans instead of SS2 defaults.. Pra's Random Addon and Jampads 2 were definately among the ones used - I'll see about getting a list together later tonight.
Thanks I personally use most all the addons but new ones come pretty often so it’s hard to keep up sometimes plus I like using the plans as they are meant to be used. Once the 2.0 ss2 patches hits I plan on playing again I’ll def add this to my list thanks.
