Changes the default chambering of the Combat Rifle from .45 to 5mm.

I have always been perplexed by the vanilla chambering of the combat rifle.  .45 is a pistol caliber, and the mesh for the combat rifle, (magazine shape and size, bolt, ejection port) clearly shows a weapon chambered in a rifle caliber.  Also, the combat rifle feels like an homage to the assault rifle from the original Fallout, which was chambered in 5mm.

To my knowledge, the minigun is the only weapon in the game to use 5mm, so this also allows a use for an ammo type that many players may not use often.  It also settles the conflict between feeding the Submachine Gun, or the Combat Rifle, as well as fix some immersion issues in my opinion.

The mod changes the default chambering of the Combat Rifle from the .45 round to the 5mm round, and the leveled list has been adjusted so enemies will spawn with the new, "corrected" ammo type.

No other stats have been touched in order to maintain vanilla balance.

Added an additional file with an option renaming the Combat Rifle to "Assault Rifle"
