Give to every explosion that make damage a bit more of realism by giving more stagger and the bigger balistic type knocks down NPCs and give you a Large stagger but not KO.

Every explosion that land damage give more stagger and the bigger ballistic type knoocks down NPCs but not you due to camera problems, but you will get Large stagger.
It will includes all explosives, cars, the missile of the rocket launcher eccetera.
All energy type explosion will do more stagger but don't knock down anybody.
In effect it sound strange that a missile into an enemy's face won't stagger him at all or abehemoth just get a pedicure on your mines.
Now all explosion matters, even turrets, avoid to rush them with melee weapons because now they hurt a lot and RUN AWAY from self destruction bot, they will do a damage like fatman's.
To avoid to do some bullshit i touched only explosions wich make damage an was not affected by formulas.
