Removes the broken, rusty fence around Vault 111 and replaces it with the complete, clean, prewar fence from the game introduction zone. At the moment both gates are static, meaning they do not open and close. There are no moving clean, prewar chain link fence gates in the vanilla files.
If you don't mind rust you can replace the gates with working postwar versions. Or if I find a mod that adds clean ones I'll put a link to it here. In the meantime the front gate is open, so you can still get to Sanctuary.
