wearing a PA will now boost your speed,your resistance to fire,your melee and unarmed damage,and increases your carryweight capacity

So, i always believed that wearing a power armor should increase your speed, it's part machine after all, and if you have a jetpack installed,it can fly! so how come it doesn't change your speed?
so i decided to fix the problem, there are probably a bunch of mods out there that do the same, so i added some extra bonuses as well.
bonuses such as: 1-More Melee and unarmed damage (dah!) 2- you can carry more stuff (carryweight +500) , 3- upto 80% resistance against fire (remember how danse didn't burn in the fire in arc-jet because of his PA ?) 4-and of course obviously, your speed will be increased by 10 points (roughly 10% increased)
so,next time you want to go somewhere on foot,maybe wear a PA and you reach your destination a bit faster...
now, all these new abilities work as long as your power armor has battery, if you run out of FC, then all of them disable,untill you replace your Fusion core.
