If any of you have played Fallout 76 or watched any content for an extended period of time, you'll have heard about The Fixer. It's a popular weapon, coveted by many players. I have replicated its inherent effects (faster crouched movement and increased stealth akin to shadowed armour), and Anti-Armor from Fallout 76 along with half of Rapid and VATS enhanced for good measure. If you're a Fallout 76 player, you'll know this as an AA2525. This makes it a powerful weapon indeed, especially if you're a stealth-based character.
This is a do-over of my original Fixer mod, and is almost identical to the previous version. The only changes are as follows:
Any skins that work for the combat rifle (like the Creation Club ones) can be applied to the Fixer. You can also make it look like a generic combat rifle if you like. However, the Fixer's paint scheme cannot be applied to other combat rifles. The skin is only available to a specific keyword, and said keyword is associated with the Fixer's base weapon.
There is a debug quest just in case Tinker Tom is dead or worse and you still want the weapon. To spawn the weapon in your inventory, look for "CK-TheFixerDebugQuest" with the help command, and make note of its FormID. Next, type the command "setstage (FormID of the quest) 10". This will drop the weapon directly into your inventory. You can do this over and over again if you want, but that's cheating, and can you live with that? That's up to you.
This is a do-over of my original Fixer mod, and is almost identical to the previous version. The only changes are as follows:
- I changed the legendary description to be a bit more helpful.
- I removed the Lucky INNR from the legendary effect; in practice this doesn't make a difference but I figured I might as well.
- You now have to buy the weapon from Tinker Tom.
- Oh yeah, a unique skin for the weapon.
- A new Dark Matter skin is available for combat rifles, combat shotguns, and the Fixer itself.
