A Vil Series Community

PinesVil, farm and shop supplies.
A small rural close-nit community, with many of the settlers sharing residence at the dorm.
Built up around the original home and shack, you'll find everything you should need.
The Town Office & Public Works is built on what was once the original home, providing both municipal and industrial works for the community.
Our water services & pumped waters produce freshwater for the community and for your needs.
Enjoy our farm/coffee shop as well as the many other services available.
Additional crops added around the gardens to add to food production and available resources.
The provided crops grow everything needed to make adhesive for your use.
Our shops can be found near the main entrance, across from the players home.
Includes a general store, clinic as well as an armor and weapons shop. The Bar can be found at the rear of the community.
Players Home: The original shack built here has been renovated in order to suit your player needs. It includes 2 beds, storage, wall mounted PC, fridge, and available workshops.
Workshops can be found around the shack or are available through the shop booths.
The community is defended by a steel wall, guard posts, turrets and guard towers.
It is powered by a generator and a basic power plot which provides ample power for the community.
The Caravan Plot links it with other communities.
It includes a generator and recruitment beacon as well as an SS2 workstation.

Once fully developed, PinesVil has a capacity of 18 beds in total, 2 beds in player home.
It has 20 plots in total.
With it's water, power and food resources, the town is fully self sufficient.
It includes a caravan route so it can be connected to other communities.
All Workbenches available. Some through shops.
Player's Home Available. Original shack renovated for player use.
Adhesive & other supplies available.

Plots included are as follows:

2x - Residential Plots (1x4, 1x12)
3x - Agricultural Plots (Additional crops added around plots for increased production and resources)
2x - Recreational Plot: Endurance training for improved farming and Two relaxion areas. A pizzeria and a coffee shop.
2x - Industrial Plot
3x - Municipal Plots: Water, Power and Caravan Route.
3x - Martial Plots
5x - Commercial Plots

Additional: Generator & Recruitment beacon. SS2 WorkStation.

**Due to the small size of the community I used a Dorm and an Apartment for the settlers living space.
The 1st stage will allow for upto 6 settlers, 4 from the plot and the 2 extra beds from the player home.
The second stage will add the Dorm. This supports upto 12 additional settler. 4 at st1, 8 at st2 & 12 at st3.
Due to this it is possible to have upto 18 beds at the 1st stage, if the Dorm & Apartment were to reach it's stage3.
I have stayed to the same development plan for the town as far as available work per stage to match my standard town development.

I have set each stage of the towns development based on a settler ratio of 4x settlers
Therefore each development stage of the town will add enough work for that number of settlers.

Stage 0 - supports 6 settlers    (work avail. 4)
Stage 1 - supports 18 settlers  (work avail. 8)
Stage 2 - supports 18 settlers  (work avail. 12)
Stage 3 - Supports 18 settlers  (work avail. 16)

Use Vortex to install (or whichever mod installer you use)

After using your towel to wipe your brow, do the following:
Approach the ASAM Sensor and select "Activate, then select "Refresh Plot.
