Makes characters hold the laser pistol as if it were a laser rifle.

Note: Somebody in the comments has also done the same for the institute pistol if you are interested.
Quick mod that I made for myself because the size of the Laser Pistol annoyed me. This just makes it so that characters hold it like a rifle rather than a pistol. Trigger finger don't quite match up but what can you do ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
If you have Classic Holstered Weapons System this will also make it so Laser Pistols are stored on your back rather than the hip.
I opted to do this rather than removing the standard grip entirely to preserve the stats of those attachments. In the future I might just swap the models so that the standard grip looks like a short stock but keeps the same stats. Even further into the future I might make a smaller dedicated pistol.
Again I mostly made this for myself, but if you happen to have the same pet peeve as me enjoy. I've never released a mod before so if there are any problems please let me know. I don't want to mess up your game so I'll fix it ASAP :|
