About this mod
This download is my scrappy version of Graygarden using the Transfer Settlement Blueprint-mod.

To install it, unzip and place the file in a folder where the blueprints of your settlements are stored, ie.:steam/steamapps/common/Fallout 4/Data/F4SE/Plugins/TransferSettlements/blueprints/XX were XX is the number of a free slot available.
Open game and use the Transfer Settlement-app in the pipboy under Misc. Use 'Import' and select the mod you want to import.
This 'mod' only requires the Transfer Settlement-mod only. No other than the vanilla game and some of the DLC's (Wasteland Workshop etc.) I made sure to make it as mod-independent as possible.
If you enjoy, tell your friends about this mod and give it a thumbs up. If not, that is fine too. I just hope you'll enjoy the settlement for what it is.
