This simply sets some of the Aliases to have the optional flag.

This mod simply edits MQ206 (molecular level) to make the following aliases optional
DoctorAmari
Virgil
Desdemona
TinkerTom
PAM
PrestonGarvey
Sturges
Danse
ElderMaxson
ProctorIngram
Even though flagged to allow dead the game will actually remove them at some point when they are dead and the quest will fail to start because without the optional flag on an alias the alias must be filled before the quest can start.
With the increase in mods that allow essential characters to be removed from the game the Molecular Level quest MQ206 will break and not launch because the alias will not be filled.
If you have already finished hunter/hunted you may need to execute the console commands
startquest MQ206
setstage MQ206 10
In order to start the quest.

I found that BOS204 outside the wire also needed the Sturges alias set as optional for those siding with the Brotherhood of steel for the end game.
This is the BOS quest for when they hand the player the network scanner holotape just before being teleported.
If playing as part of the BOS and you have already teleported in but have not used the network scanner you may need to use the console command

If you have already scanned the network you may have to use the console commands
Setstage bos204 10
exit the console and allow the quest to update then use the command
; sets the stage to giving the tape to Proctor Ingram.
