Adds the Mantaman Outfit from the mod "A Very Tacoduck Halloween Part 2- The Unstoppables" to the NPC Mantaman. Also a few fixes to make him look more like the character he is impersonating.

Adds the Mantaman Outfit from the mod "A Very Tacoduck Halloween Part 2- The Unstoppables" to the NPC Mantaman. Also a few fixes to make him look more like the character he is impersonating. (I think he is delusional enough to dye his hair)
Changes to Manta Man
Requires the "Full Pack" from A Very Tacoduck Halloween Part 2- The Unstoppables.
The mod itself is ESL flagged. Tacoduck's mod is not. I am attempting to get in contact with him to see if I can supply an ESL replacer, or if he will compact and supply his own.

Changes to Manta Man
- Remove the grime from his face and made him blond. (Upon request, I can restore his original appearance)
- Gives him the Manta Man Outfit.
- Sets him to match the player level up to 100, instead of 50.
- Makes him Protected. So he won't die out in the wilderness. (Upon request, I can make Essential/Non-Essential versions)
- Gives him either the Commie Whacker or the Harpoon Gun, depending on your choice in the Installer. He will still have the Junk Jet in his inventory. The reason I gave him a new weapon is that NPCs are not able to load the Junk Jet.

- Hide the Mistress Outfit near Irma (who fits thematically) or near Desdemona (same voice actor Claudia Christian). ...can't decide.
- Hide the Inspector Outfit in Nick Valentine's Detective Agency, or in the Mechanist Lair... can't decide.
