IMPORTANT LOAD V.A.T.S PERK REPLACER ESP AFTER HORIZON
This mod is for Horizon to replace some V.A.T.S perks

there are mods that replaces V.A.T.S bullet time or removes it
Changing the SPECIAL stat requirement short version ruins the whole perk tree
i made this because reasons and i like to share it for ohter people might enjoy

Grim reaper is now radiation healing -1 rad every 2/1,30/1 min / 45/30 secs

Awareness is now fit increase action points by +10/20/30/40/50
REQ 3 perception LVL 1/10/14/18/23
Mysterious Stranger is now Natural healing health regen 0,01/0,02/0,03/0,04/0,05 % maxHealth/sec
REQ 4 luck LVL 1/5/10/15/20
Critical Banker is now Tough Skinn damage resist +10/20/30/40/50
REQ 7 luck LVL 6/9/12/15/18
Four Leaf cloveris now Tough Skinn Energy energy damage resist +10/20/30/40/50

Revolutionary has now increased bash dmg 2x/4x/6x/8x/10x and critical chance 20%/40%/60%/80%/100
