Frost's Glowing Plasma Weapons



This Mod Includes:
- Light-emitting plasma weapons (Not glow map method. Uses custom meshes, so it will not be compatible with any mod that changes plasma weapon                meshes).
- Plasma projectiles have also been modified. (Color matches glowing parts. It used to be an off teal color and it bothered the shit out of me).
- Plasma projectiles now have a light attached to the projectile. (So when you lob some glowing plasma at people, it lights up anything it passes by, which            gives a much more vivid experience).
- (Optional) Plasma weapon damage re-balance. (Buffed all plasma weapons so they're viable. I did this because after level 50+ they felt like they do                      nothing, even with the "Two Shot modifier").
- Grenades included.

Version 3.1 Hotfix

- Includes "flickering" effect to glowing parts.
- New cable textures.
- Cable effect animations.
- Custom 4k textures (Modified Vanilla "High-Res" textures).
- Fixed "non-smooth" surfaces via re-topology / re-mesh.
- Re-topology / re-mesh of ugly grates.
- Re-topology / re-mesh cables.
- Re-topology / re-mesh of all stocks and barrels (mostly the cable parts).
- Cleaned up overlapping faces and 95% of all clipping.
- Cleaned up all smoothing groups.
- Removed glowing cables.
- Cleaned up glow on plasma cells.
- Fomod installer.
- *Hotfix* changed reflex sights allowing for better visibility.
- *Hotfix* fixed off-color reflex sights.
- *Hotfix* Centered cable and effect on pistol grips. 
- *HotFix* Cleaned .esp's
- *Hotfix* cleaned up left over textures that i meant to remove but forgot. Whoops.

Compatibility:
- Should work with any re-texture so long as it uses the same UV map as vanilla. (If you're unsure before you download a retexture mod click "browse                    contents" and make sure it doesn't have a "meshes" folder).

Compatibility Issues:
- Not compatible with any mod that modifies plasma weapon meshes in any way, as this mod uses custom meshes. (possible compatibility in the future if            mod authors give consent).

Re-balance Changes:
- Decreased base ballistic weapon damage from 24 to 12. 
- Increased base energy damage from 24 to 48.
- Buffed base ammo compacity from 30 to 40.
- Rate of fire delay is now 0.2750 (Was 0.300).
- Increased weapon base value from 112 to 224.
- MK 1 (Boosted Capacitor) damage multiplier = 0.350. (Was 0.250).
- MK 2 (Maximized Capacitor) damage multiplier = 0.600. (Was 0.500).
- MK 3 (Overcharged Capacitor) damage multiplier = 0.850. (Was 0.750).

Scattergun / Shotgun:
- Splitter damage multiplier = 0.2000 (Was 0.0330).
- Improved Splitter damage multiplier = 0.4500 (Was 0.1500) and also fires 3 additional projectiles (8 total have fun peppering haha).

Automatic Barrel:
- Automatic barrel damage multiplier = -0.250 (Was -0.350).
- Removed ammo compacity reduction. (Both standard and improved automatic barrels. Who the hell wants fewer bullets with an                                                      automatic weapon)?
- Automatic barrel ammo compacity multiplier = 0.100 (Was -0.200).
- Improved automatic barrel damage multiplier = -0.150 (Was -0.250).
- Improved automatic barrel ammo compacity multiplier = 0.250 (Was -0.200).

Sniper Barrel:
- Standard sniper barrel damage multiplier = 1.000 (Was 0.6100).
- Reduced Ammo penalty from -0.700 to -0.500 (for both barrel types. So you aren't reloading every 5 seconds).
- Improved sniper barrel damage multiplier = 1.250 (Was 0.750).

Flamer Conversion:
- Increased damage from 12 to 15. (Doesn't look like much but this weapon is extremely strong when maxed).

Stocks/Grips:
- Buffed recoil compensating stock aiming base stability modifier to 0.250 (Was 0.150).
- Buffed recoil compensating stock iron sights stability modifier to -0.200 (Was -0.400).
- Buffed Marksman stock aiming base stability to 0.350 (Was 0.150)
- buffed Marksman stock iron sights stability to -0.200 (was -0.400)"browse contents" and make sure it doesn't have a "meshes" folder).
