Sim Settlements 2 City Plan Pack - ZJ PerfPlans
Installer contains all the individual city plans I've made, and lets you choose which ones to install, or all of them. These plans are all linked below individually, and they're all designed to be minimalist, full featured, but without much clutter, animation or other heavy load. So far, they all have a Caravan at L0/1. Also spoiler'd below are all the individual plots used in each settlement, in case you want to see that. As I make more of these, I will continue to add them to this pack.
As with all Sim Settlements 2 City Plans, if you do not have the plot addon installed that contains the plots listed below, it will automatically select a replacement from the same category. But if you're coming here for a city plan design, it seems you ought to use the plots the designer intended, no? (Plot addons are listed as "Soft Requirements" in the required addons list)
