About this mod
This mod makes it so that you have to actually earn your settlements defences, without being too tedious

Let's face it, building up defences for your settlements on Fallout 4 is far too easy. You can easily just spam turrets with literally no perk requirements, I mean who has even used the turrets that require perks + power? I mean, why would you? The machine gun turrets are just as good and require less. Guard defences look nice, but don't actually contribute much to the defence rating. This changes all that.
Turrets:
Machine Gun Turret:
- Requires 2 Power
- Requires Gun Nut Rank 2
Heavy Machine Gun Turret:
- Requires 3 power
- Requires Gun Nut Rank 3
Guard Defences:
Guard Tower:
- Produces 4 Defence
Guard Post:
- Produces 3 Defence
They are simple changes but hopefully should mean that you use guard defences more, rely less on turrets but also be encouraged to use other turrets as they all have similar requirements!
