      I hope the author sees this. I've done exactly what the instruction says, and this is what I'm seeing.

      Is your log identical? A preset  conflicts but not sure which ones it references. Can you post yours if its different? The OG mod says you cant use presets made after 2018. Looks to bd the same here

      I don't know exactly, but please check that you have only preset files in the falloutGenetics folder. no subfolders, no other files except valid *.json files.

    If anyone's interested in only patching females i found a method:
    In the index.js file inside falloutGeneticsPatcher find the following line:
    if (settings.ignoreCharGen && isCharGen(record))
    return false;

    and add the following after it:
    if (!xelib.GetIsFemale(record))
    return false;
    save and open zedit. If you did it right it will patch correctly and much faster since it needs to patch less NPCs.

    Has there been any more plans to update this patcher? I happen to notice that hair colors are left behind.

    Has anyone been getting crashes after using the genetics patcher to distribute hair mods to NPCs? I created a patch that adds some new hairs to NPCs using the most popular hair mods on the Nexus, and it's giving me crashes.

    Disabling the patch and the crashes stop happening. Are these hair mods known to cause crashes?

    I have very much hoped for an update for this amazing mod for years. Is there any way to apply a preset merge manually in-game to an NPC?

      If I understand your question correctly, this mod does not do that. What you want is to find the FormID of the NPC you're wanting to apply a preset to, and then type slm <formid> in the console. I recommend using Better Console to find the NPC's FormID.

      Yes but you can't merge two presets into one with looksmenu...

    It would be good if there were a option to exclude males or females from the patching process. I don`t care how men look like XD

      Edit: Just realized this is not the place I should have posted this on since I am not using this mod...

      This may not be of interest to you but, I am using Better Settlers (80% female), HOTC Lite, and Hot Mama NPCs All-in-One...this combination adds more females, Hot Mama changes every NPC it touches to female...for instance, at ten pines bluff, you normally have a male and female....Hot Mama makes them both female..and this happens at a lot of settlements...

      I am just getting ready to start a new playthru using the genetics patcher on all of these .... just had a short start to see if the patcher was working properly for me and it is .... but the male at tenpines bothered me, so I decided to "extend its capabilities"..

      I am patching about 45 files counting all of my beautification mods...

      Forgive me if you have already thought of this...

      V/R,
