About the original mod
This is my favorite shotgun, it is a unique and exclusive weapon, only you will have it in every community, and it has a sad story that you will know where you find it, it is very robust, customizable and has 7 different types of ammunition , you can change the types of ammo he uses on the gun benches.
Patch Explanation
This shotgun is found in a basement behind one of the houses on the street behind the bus stop that is just down the street on the left side of the door of the freedom museum,
and there is the need for the pacth, the author, to put the basement at that point, he ended up leaving mismatched objects the meshes of the buildings, in practice, in an area with many constructions, the game combines all the objects constructions or scenarios in a single "object", like this it is much easier for video card to work, than if all those constructions things were "mismatched objects", the video card would have to work hundreds or thousands of loose objects mismatched instead of just one big object matched. So this mod original makes Concord heavier for video card (decreases fps)
What this patch does is recombine all Concord objects as in the game original, you can enjoy this mod without any loss of FPS for that.
Pause for a tip: You may have already noticed that mods that "unmatch objects" in the scenario will make the game much heavier, like for example Scrap Everything which I like a lot, but I stopped using because of that, so if yours game is heavy and with instabilities, one of the reasons may be these mods that "unmatch objects" of the game scenario

I read about this in the original mod posts, and asked some friends and one of them was kind enough to implement this solution, so actually, this patch is credited by colleagues who talked about the problem and solution in the original mod's comets. this friend of mine prepared this but prefers to remain anonymous, thank you very much.
Installation: then "AFTER INSTALLING ORIGINAL MOD" applied this patch over the top and problem solved. use your favorite mod manager, I recomend MO2
