Changes the Gauss Rifle so that it automatically charges without requiring you to hold down Left-Mouse. You may use Left-Mouse to fire at any point during the charge time.
Note: The Gauss Rifle will no longer make a static sound when held at full charge to avoid being an annoyance.

Version 1.0:I deleted the line "Hold Input To Charge".
Version 1.1:Updated to remove the static sound constantly coming from the Gauss Rifle.
This was achieved by silencing the static effect and then extending the .wav sound file to 1 hour.
However, this does mean that the 1 second long Gauss Rifle charge sound effect will trigger once every hour if the rifle has not been fired or re-equipped in the last hour.
Another side effect is that the file size is now much larger to accommodate the 1 hour audio file.
Version 1.2: Updated audio file fixing all issues mentioned above. This was achieved with help from user Smognoggler.
Audio file is now only 5 seconds long, lowering file size.
The Gauss Rifle will no longer make its charging sounds once per hour.
