Fast travel FROM interior is now enabled for those that use it. There is no way to fast travel back to the interior at this time. Travel to Sanctuary and take the short walk to the backyard.
There is a bit of lore and place to lay your head. Working sink providing purified water and the chance to fill some bottles. All crafting benches are linked to central storage. The refrigerator works, allowing for Ice-Cold versions of all Nuka Colas (Nuka-World/Base Game), Vim drinks (Far Harbor), and Beer (Base Game Drinks) after 6 hours of storage in the fridge. There are some items to help start your play-through and get some crafting done. The entry point is behind the Sole Survivor's house in the backyard. It is a simple place to store gear and base your operations in the Northern Commonwealth from. There is no workshop functions and you can't dismiss followers there. I did not add a map marker as I consider it a part of Sanctuary Hills and an extension of the Sole Survivor's home. This is currently a Beta build. It works fine for me on multiple systems that it was installed on. I will be adding more to the bunker as time goes on, and considering adding mesh changes and more involved scripting. Please consider trying it out as I would love some feedback. This is only my second time in the creation kit and this is the first mod I have made.
