Donation Points system

DEF_UI presets never really have the changes I want, so I just made my own. Most presets move everything and try to do too much, all mine does is make the health bars (and accompanying things like rads, fatigue, ammo, survival icons, etc) smaller and moves them down. It also makes the compass smaller and lower (slightly lower than the HP and AP bars). It also disables the flashlight icon, because who needs it? And finally I moved the stealth meter to under the enemy health bar, because I think it just looks a little cleaner like that.
Hope someone likes it (even though it's mostly just for myself lol)
