About this mod
I made this bitch ass save so that you can attain the worst achievement in the game if not game series to get. Having you a step closer to 100% completion.

I followed a YouTube tutorial and made this hoe ass place where one settler works at a bar, this works since just placing a fuckton of workshop items makes even a settlement with just one settler count as a "large" settlement. You'll probably just have to wait for a day on the bed or just stand around for a few real-time minutes to get the Achievement.
Tutorial
Unzip the saves C:\Users\(Your Windows Username)\Documents\My Games\Fallout4\Saves and they will be loadable when you launch the game.
The hard saves are the ones you'll have to use, however, the quicksave and exit saves are there for neat purposes I guess.
I used three mods for this save.
Cheat Terminal 1.68 - To set up the character and settlement
Infinite Answer - So that I didn't need to do the fucking intro again from scratch
Nuke bottle scenery fix - I was in Nuka world and got the shitty glitch that makes the bottles larger than earth.
When you get the achievement you could use the save as an op save to have fun in I guess.
Anyways good luck unlocking the achievement worse than Hitler.
Important
This will take a lot longer than it seems, if you are struggling just use this technique. With the 99 happiness save it might take you all the way from 5 minutes to even 2 hours.
1. Stand around for 2-4 in-game hours (15-40 Minutes IRL)
2. Sleep for 24 Hours
3. Stand around for 2 in-game hours (20-30 Minutes)
4. Wait for 8 Hours
5. Repeat
