The NISTRON Elevator Framework software is copyright 2021-2022 by niston. You may use the NISTRON Elevator Framework software in all your public FO4 mods, completely free of royalties and/or other charges, provided that you abide by these licensing terms:

- You will not sell or otherwise monetize your mod, directly or indirectly. Nexus Donation Points are not considered as monetization with respect to these licensing terms.
- You will display the NISTRON SNE badge inside the cab of all elevators that are powered by the NISTRON Elevator Framework.
- You will not display the NISTRON SNE badge inside the cab of any other elevator that is not powered by the NISTRON Elevator Framework.
- You will not publish, distribute or otherwise proliferate copies, modified or unmodified, of the NISTRON Elevator Framework software without explicit, written permission from niston. This includes translations that modify the original plugin and/or scripts and/or other included assets. You can ask niston for permission, however.
- You may reuse the unmodified NISTRON Elevator Framework scripts with your own assets, as long as your mod requires the NISTRON Elevator Framework ESL as a master.
- Redistribution of modified or even just renamed NISTRON Elevator Framework scripts, fully or in part, that were directly integrated into your mod (not using the NISTRON Elevator Framework ESL plugin as it's master) is strictly and explicitly prohibited and verboten.
- If somebody sues you because of any of your mods that use the NISTRON Elevator Framework, you will indemnify and hold harmless niston and/or any of niston's associates.
- You agree to pay the amount of USD 50000.00 (fifty thousand US Dollar) to niston, for each instance you violate these licensing terms. You will additionally and without restriction or limit compensate for all of niston's expenses in full, including but not limited to any and all legal fees, travel fees, hotel fees, hourly and/or other rates, taxes, duties, or any other expense incurred, directly or indirectly, due to each violation of these licensing terms.
- By downloading and/or using the NISTRON Elevator Framework software, you agree to these licensing terms.
- You are requiredly exempt from some of these licensing terms only if you are ZENIMAX or one of it's subsidiaries. Should you folks copy this into FO76, it would be really nice if you were to keep the NISTRON SNE batches in the cabs however.
