   Just to clarify (because I'm dumb), you have to clear the island first right?
   Edit for clarity: I installed the mod, but notcied nothing changed. I cleared the settlement, and reinstalled. Nothing changed. Any help would be appreciated.

   It doesn't look like you can even put down enough power to make everything work. I've got roughly 2k power and it's still not enough.

      I did manage to get everything running. I had to put down a few extra generators. All and all, a really nice settlement. To my surprise, some raiders thought it would be a good idea to attack it. They did not survive.
