It is a suitable fortress for the Minutemen or Brotherhood of Steel. I built it without using mods. It is very large and has enough space to store all armor, power armor and weapons. Good defenses and has beds for 35 people. It has all the basics.It ranks 35th in the blueprint folder. You can install it with NMM or manually.
