As a vault dweller, you always wonder why on earth you would try to build a house above ground, with the commonweath weather and the radiation storms. But where ? Maybe a cave ? Maybe a wine cellar ? Or maybe an abandonned sewer in the Fens, north of Diamond City ? All equally good possibilities, but which one to chose.

This mod adds a new player home in the Fens, right above Diamond City, close to Back Street Apparel. Designed for one person with possibly a companion or a dog, hell why not both, there's a spare cover and a pillow if you ever have a guest who wants to spend the night. No quest needs to be completed you can just walk right in.
