About this mod
A very large Settlement near Spectacle Island fully functional. Cleaned with Xedit navmeshed only vanilla items used. Shouldn't conflict with anything please let me know if you have any suggestions or improvements. Added a bridge to Fort Strong for walkable access.

A very large Settlement near Spectacle Island fully functional. Cleaned with Xedit fully navmeshed. Shouldn't conflict with anything please let me know if you have any suggestions or improvements. There is now a bridge to Fort Strong for easy access. I added a few sharks around the bridge. Enjoy and please let me know if you have any issues.
This mod has no requirements except the base game. This goes well with my other mod. Creatable Sharks at Fallout 4 Nexus - Mods and community (nexusmods.com)
I'm currently working on a companion workshop mod to add some Atlantis type objects to the workshop menu and eventually there will be quests weapons armor etc.
