   Any chance to make this settlement based on just the base game? ALL of your work looks really good but everything requires DLCs. My memory basically sux these days else I would mod myself. Lord knows I got the time for it now. Thankyou and Godspeed...

      some items are not made scrapable by bethesda so you must use a scrap mod or the Insert key with the place everywhere mod from nexus

   This can be useful. Right near Starlight and the Nursing home (Got a mod that turns that place into a settlement too). The flat cars will look nice with artillery on them.
