This is my Minuteman Pip-Boy I've been working on on and off for a while, those of you who recognise it, shhh, I'm productive, I swear.
It is a mod, for a pip-boy, it changes the colour. If I remember right you find it in the same menu as the rest of the creation club pip-boy skins, but you don't have to pay for this one, big thonks.
