Slow down over to - 0.6%.
The Bullet time - Slow time mod from registrator2000 has not been updated for a long time so I decided to make a version that makes it slower than 4%

Anything credited to the ORIGINAL creator of the mod (registrator2000) thanks to him we can play being the Quiksilver or the flash.
it was meant to be just a personal modification for me, but as I know there are people who would like to slow down even more, I decided to publish the mod
WARNING:
1. the character can stand still because this modification breaks the supposed limit of Fallout 4
2. I am extremely layman with modifications, so asking for help will be a waste of time because I don't know how to fix the bugs
3. CTD may occur :(
INSTALL:
Just replace 100% of the orignal Bullet Time mod, or just delete the orignal mod and put it in, it's the same mod, but with a small modification
HOW TO USE:
select the option Extra Slow - 4% [ VATS ].
I tried to change the name to stay 0.6%, but I couldn't get LOL, I am very stupid about it. Sorry xD
EDIT 2023: I just realized that for your character not to get stuck on the ground you have to run fallout 4 there is 60 FPS and it cannot run above that, i.e. if u have monitor 75 HZ, 144HZ u will probably get stuck , so leave Vsyng enabled so you don't have a bug, but even then that's not a 100% guarantee that you won't get stuck
