Two Predictions for the Release of Raider Overhaul 3.0
Q: "OMGz why did you make weapon scripts inject? Scrips are bad and will crash my game!!" A: Compatibility and.... the script runs ONCE, ONE TIME, ONLY ONE. You are thinking about other types of scripts. See Dr. Bronner for more info on ONE.
Q: "Why is Leveled Item Framework mandatory? I'm not installing that kind of bloat". A: Leveled Item Framework fixes so many vanilla leveled list Issues it should literally be considered a mandatory mod by the entire FO4 community. It is the foundation for functional weapon LLs. Also, I don't think you understand the word bloat. The 3 vanilla files which make dogmeat eye textures = 5.55 MB. LIF = 272 kb.
FOMOD Information:
Page1: All 3 Items on page one are mandatory. Leveled Item Framework is Required. The user cannot change the selections. All on = Leveled Item Framework is installed. All OFF = LIF is not installed.
Page 2: The 3 A Bundle of Tape Weapon included with RO1 will not install if the full A Bundle of Tape is already installed.
LAM somewhat breaks Raider Overhaul One. It does not integrate into RO1 or use the extensive LLs of RO1. It simply uses some of the RO1 armors as a resource. It drives me a little insane.
Hey 4estGimp I dont know what im doing wrong, i cant install you're mod as the ESP in the FOMOD is greyed out, ive got all your prerequesites installed but i cant figure out whats going on.
its gonna be something simple i bet!
I had Armor and Weapon Keywords Community Resource (AWKCR) installed, and it was interfering with the installation
It seems that with the NG version of the game, the bug in Nuka World has returned where all NPCs have no voice. Could you release a version without UFO4P dependencies, or is it impossible due to the script? Thanks.
Hello, I've been trying to balance out the power armor in this mod because if paired with bastion it's unreasonably overpowered, so my question is how do I rebalance the power armor mods that add health to the armor (not the damage resistance). Thankssss.
Heya, I've been using this mod for quite a while now and I appreciate that you compiled it into one easy file. It really did revamp the raiders in my game. However, I was curious to why once I hit lvl 30 they spawn 85% of the time with the assault rifle, 10% the combat rifle, and 5% anything else. Is that normal or is it due to Encounter Zone Recalculation + Encounter Zone No Limit? I miss seeing all those handmade guns.
This is a great mod, but it create mini stutter upon loading Raiders in exterior, even with the face patch optional .esp, it's a bit better but still there.
When i remove your mod the stutter are barely noticeable
Do we actually need to Complex item sorter patch? Its says its a requirement, but I don't use any UI or item sorter (ATM - rebuilding my LO after a 2-year hiatus and I haven't looked into UI/sorter options now available). I am just trying to figure out how to get a multitude of mods to play nice with each other before I create a need to start patching every one of them to work with a sorter. And I know there is an option now to allow a 3rd-party program to do all that for you, but I am more of a 'hands on' kind of guy, and prefer to do hard edits/patching instead. Injection-stuff is nice but it doesn't allow the fine-tuning you can do by hand.
EDIT: I see that it is a HARD requirement, at least one of which has three requirements of its own. 'Bloat' indeed. LOL
