Thx to MrSmith317, you can have them all at the same time with a new standalone version!
Now even craftable at the chemistry station (vanilla).
Or in the console type "help piper 4 armo" to get the IDs, then add them by typing "player.additem ID".
Or select an NPC with your mouse while in the console and type "equipitem ID" to instantly equip it.
