This modification only includes the background seen in the photos, the pipboy re-texture in the photos was NOT created by me, but is available on the nexus as well (and I highly recommend it):

Installation:
(I did not use the mod manager, so I don't know if it works. Feel free to test.)
Step 1. Configure Fallout 4 .ini files for modding. This is required for every mod.
Step 2. Download file
Step 3. Unzip File
Step 4. Drop Data folder into your Fallout 4 folder. This Fallout 4 folder should have a Data folder of its own inside in case you are confused. 
Step 5. If asked to overwrite click yes.(Although if you care you may want to backup any files being overwritten)
