DESCRIPTION
This will support up to 34 settlers. It is fully self-sustaining for resources, and has all the stores on location.
The blueprint is around 2,000 pieces total so make sure you have a system that can handle it.
This will use the main cavern and the section where the waterpump is located. The tunnel connecting the two areas are also used. No other sectors with the cave were used.
The main Overseer's Desk and all of the Vault-Tec experiments (Power Cycle, Phoropter, Slot Machine, and Soda Fountain) are placed inside the blueprint. I would suggest doing the overseer's quests first before importing the blueprint, as to not interfere with the quests.
SCRAPPING
Everything in the main cavern and the cavern with the waterpump that can be scrapped needs to be scrapped. The tunnel connecting the two caverns will have many objects placed, including the room in there with the ghouls. Scrap everything in there as well that can be scrapped.
